If you have insurance that covers acupuncture, please make sure to bring your card with you to the appointment, so we can make a copy of it.  Also, please verify your coverage ahead of time: At this time we are an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans.  To find out if you have coverage call your member services line and ask if you have out of network acupuncture coverage and what the associated deductible, copay/co-insurance, visit/monetary limits are.
